Zalahn Bailey
Program Coordinator

Meet Zalahn, a talented and dynamic Youth Program Coordinator for our organization. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role, having worked with young people in various settings. Zalahn has a gift for connecting with youth and helping them develop their strengths and talents. As the Youth Program Coordinator, she is responsible for developing and implementing activities to meet the needs of the young people we serve. In her spare time, Zalahn loves fashion, enjoys working with children.  She is studying Child Psychology.  When she completes her undergraduate studies, she will pursue her PhD in Child Psychology.

Chelsey Gatlin
Digital Content Creator

Meet Chelsey Gatlin, a gifted Digital Content Creator known for her innovative and engaging work. Her curiosity, creativity, and technical skills set her apart in her field. She has great people skills, a deep understanding of the youth market and is skilled at creating effective digital content strategies. Chelsey is always striving for excellence and is an outstanding role model for young content creators.  In her spare time, Chelsey enjoys videography, and creating digital content.  In the future, Chelsey plans to major in education when she goes to college.  She would like to become a middle school teacher.

Meet Tarahji, an amazing person who does an excellent job of planning events for young people. She takes her job VERY seriously and knows how to make all PEEP This! activities and events run smoothly. Tarahji cares a lot about helping young people grow and be successful, which means that she works hard to ensure that event is fun and meaningful. Tarahji is very enthusiastic about her work and can inspire others to do their best. In her spare time, she loves to dance and create TikTok content.  When she grows up, she aspires to be a veterinarian.and 

Busisiwe Ntsabe
Program Manager – PEEP This! South Africa
 

Meet Busisiwe Ntsaba, a dedicated South African Program Manager at Peep This!, where she passionately advocates, empowers, and inspires young girls in South Africa to realize their full potential; reach new heights; discover their life’s purpose; and explore opportunities they may never have imagined. She achieves this mission through a range of educational excursions that guide them towards their goals, offering valuable mentorship, introducing diverse career possibilities, and engaging in confidence-boosting activities.

Busisiwe is a distinguished graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting (BCom) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Northwest University. Her transformative journey began in 2017 when she participated in a mentorship cultural exchange program in the USA, an experience that ignited her passion for empowering young women. In 2020, she established Little Big Steps, a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring and assisting underprivileged children. Busisiwe’s overarching vision encompasses laying the groundwork for her mentees to flourish.

Desmond Beach
Lecturer, Educator & Artist
Beach has an extensive background in teaching and has served as a visiting lecturer/artist at various institutions, including Coppin State University, Emerson College, Morgan State University, and College of the Atlantic. He has also been a fellow at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown and Skidmore College, among others.  His educational background includes an MFA from the Rinehart School of Sculpture at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), where he also earned his BFA. 

Beach’s artwork spans various disciplines and is rooted in the experiences of Black people and those of African heritage in America. He draws inspiration from the African storytelling tradition and aims to honor his immediate ancestors as well as those of the African Diaspora.

Performance art plays a crucial role in Beach’s work, as he creates spaces where the spirits of the ancestors can find rest. His work has been exhibited at institutions such as The Phillips Collection in Washington, D.C., The Contemporary in Baltimore, Maryland, and the Neuberger Museum of Art in Purchase, New York.
