PEEP This! Mentoring.   Our mentoring program for middle-school girls in underserved communities  goes beyond mentorship, encompassing character development and self-esteem-building, active listening, effective communication, trust-building and ethical mentoring.   Mentoring opportunities include the following:

    • Lunch and Learn
    • Retreats
    • Mentoring Moments
    • Networking

Each year we warmly welcome a new cohort of girls, accompanying them on their journey that fosters sisterhood, builds healthy relationships, and establishes a supportive network.

A vital component of the girls-only mentoring program is our commitment to involving and assisting parents and guardians with Transformational Life Coaching (TLC), offering tools to support them in their essential role in the growth and development of these girls.
